CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome to 7144 S Ingleside FIRST FLOOR. Our property boast of a stylish space, great sleeping accommodations, a yard, washer and dryer in the building and being close to the expressway. To access the garage you have to check-in. Keys to the garage are inside the apartment. There are two units in the building, the upstairs is also and Airbnb and your home is on the first floor. Please note access instructions below. Check-in is anytime at your convenience after 3pm. Early-check in is not guaranteed unless you pay a $25 fee via Zelle 24 hours in advance.
These are the gates you will use to access the property. Press SHLAGE and enter code 0312, then turn the deadbolt to the right THEN turn the knob. To lock this door upon leaving, follow the same steps except, turn the deadbolt to the left.
Walk up the set of steps to the white gate. Press SHLAGE and enter code 0312, then turn the deadbolt to the left THEN turn the knob. To lock this door upon leaving, follow the same steps except, turn the deadbolt to the right.
To open the brown door please Press SHLAGE and enter code 0312, then turn the deadbolt to the left THEN turn the knob. To lock this door upon leaving, follow the same steps except, turn the deadbolt to the right.
Press YELP and enter code 0512. This is also your code to deactivate the alarm. The upstairs unit has a different code and codes are not shared.
Welcome HOME! Remember your alarm code 0512. Once you enter, you will see the living room and TV to your left.
On the TV stand, you will find the keys to the garage, side door entrance and garage door opener.
Use the key to open the garage door.
You are entitled to ONE space only. Please park mindfully to one side as to not take up both spaces. The other Airbnb tenant has the same set of keys as you. We are not responsible for any damages caused by parking or disputes between guests taking up spaces. Please be neighborly and respectful. Second floor guests also get the same information as you.
At the end of your stay, please return the car keys and garage door opener on the TV stand. Lost keys and/or opener will result in a $300 fine automatically charged to your account. Please note that if you have an additional car, you can park it for free on the street. No residential permit required. Garage does not fit large pick-up trucks.
